How long will it take for my item to ship? TOP

At the moment, my turn around time is 2-3 weeks. Please feel free to contact me about turn around times. Certain items ship faster! Please be sure to tell me the item that you are needing an estimate on when you contact me

How will my item be shipped? TOP

I ship via USPS. I will print your shipping label from Paypal, so please be sure your address on your account is current. If it gets sent back to me, you will have to pay for me to resend it to another address.

Shipping insurance is highly recommmended

Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance. When I ship an item, I am not responsible if the USPS loses it

You will get a tracking number via email when I ship your item

How do I wash my handmade/embroidered items? TOP

Please wash all handmade or embroidered items in cold water and hang to dry..This will keep them looking fabulous for many many wearings

How much is shipping? TOP

Shipping and or/delivery is free!

How do I measure my child? TOP

Since each outfit is custom made for each child I do require measurements

For the waist, simply measure all the way around the waist, where the waistband will sit, with a measuring tape

For the length for pants and shorts, please measure from the waist to where you would like the hem to fall

For halter tops, the chest, right up under the arm pits, and from the arm pit all the way down to where you would like it to come to

For A-line tops, please measure from the collar bone down to the hem

Do I have to have a Paypal account to order? TOP

Absolutely not! At checkout, my site will take you to Paypal to pay, but you do not have to have a Paypal account. You can pay there with your credit card

Why was my order cancelled? TOP

Please be sure to provide all the info that I need for your order. If it is not provided, I will contact you via the contact email and phone numbers you put on your order. If you do not reply within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled

Where will my item be shipped to? TOP

All items are shipped to the address on Paypal. If no address is provided, I will have to cancel the order. If the address is not updated and it returns to me, you will have to pay for the shipping to reship it to you. Please be sure to keep your address on Paypal up to date

What is your return policy? TOP

Because all items are personalized and custom made, I do not accept any kind of returns. Please be sure all your information is correct (measurements,spelling,etc)

Can I change my order? TOP

Sorry, after your order has been placed, I cannot accept any changes to the order

What if I decide to cancel my order? TOP

After an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled

Can I pick my order up instead of having it shipped? TOP

Absolutely, although shipping and/or delivery is included in the prices! 

Why can't I add anything to my cart? TOP

Occasionally, if I am on vacation or if I get a very large number of orders, I will take the cart off the site so avoid more orders. I always announce a few days before that I will be taking it off so everyone can get their orders in. Check out my Facebook page for frequent updates about when I will stop taking orders and when I will be back

What if I need my order rushed? TOP

Any orders that are needed faster than the normal turn around time MUST pay  a rush fee of $5 per item. Please feel free to contact me if you are not sure about rush shipping

What kind of shirts do you use? TOP

I generally use Monag brand shirts, which is the best quality out there. However, sometimes they are out and the shirts I may need are sometimes on backorder. If this happens, I may have to use Old Navy, Children's Place, or Garanimals brands
